life's a long song

I think they played at one of the first Glastonburys in the 70s.

Have they played there since ?  I had a feeling they did a few years ago ?

I see they are featured on the "Wierd Glas." playlsit on the BBC website here  http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/playlists/zzzzqc.

1971 I think, and yes, I'm sure just a few years ago (but probably longer than I'm thinking)

'71 and '84 definitely...and I'm sure in the last few years too.  Probably others.

I was there for the '84 one (my first FC gig, as it happens). And yes, I have a memory of them having played there in the last five years or so (though it could be longer). Not on the Pyramid Stage though, as it was in '84.

No, you're right...it was Acoustic or Avalon or similar.

I know they played the acoustic stage in 2009. Not sure about any other appearances.

Yeah, that'll be the one I'm thinking about (seven years ago! Sheesh! Who knows where the ... etc.).

If it were '84, that's the year I went as a steward. Never again....

They did indeed - to a pretty packed tent.
