This seems more or less the place to point out that (it has been revealed) Rose Simpson is completing a book about her life with the ISB. We may see this later on in the year.

Yes that's right. There was a brief flurry of press interest in Rose some years ago and her new status was a talking point.

Scanning through Talkawhile quickly in work I read that as her life with IBS. That's a book a wouldn't care to read!!!!

Scanning through Talkawhile quickly in work I read that as her life with IBS. That's a book a wouldn't care to read!!!! or the accompanying album "Wee Wee Tam and the Big Huge Jobby" ... Getting back on topic... hopefully DGM will soon be announcing details & release date for the next Crimbox.

I never knew Ivan Pawle was actually asked to replace Rose in the String Band. Apparently.

I think I am probably in for this. I do have all the RCA material on various twofers that will find their way to a charity shop. I only have most of the Pacific Arts stuff as downloads or on compilations apart from Tropical Campfires which I have in physical form
