Fairport : Unhalfbricking. (Universal LP, 2017).
A bonzer new vinyl edition. Claims to be 'limited', but isn't numbered. Includes a free download for you to throw away.
The pressing on this is far superior to Universal's Back top Black imprint LPs, which are often shite.
Get it while it's available.

Just seen this. £55 on Amazon. Not sure if the Christmas budget will stretch to this but OMG I want it!

Obviously so that they 1) only have to make and sell one product, and 2) can charge one big price to anyone wanting either the CDs or the vinyl. Jules

Similar to big boxes containing DVD and Bluray discs of the same material. Much of which is also on CD in the same box. Blimey eh ?

At my most cynical, I'd say the trend for these bonzer giant boxes is a ploy to mine the rich seam of middle aged and retired fans, who are comfortably off and have the dosh to spend. I'm slightly allergic to boxed sets, so it doesn't affect me much - -I always go into 'do I really need it?' mode when I see these things advertised.

SpinCDs have a poor reputation in these parts. See here. I know . And I never use them -- not since their actual shop closed. It's just the link was convenient. I've been on their emailing list for ever.

The notorious Spin CDs announces the 2-CD issue of "The Who Live at the Fillmore East 1968." Amazon UK says April 20. Nothing on the Who's official site yet.
This appears to be an official release on UMC (Universal Music Classics), and purports to be remastered by Bob Pridden.
I have had several bootlegs of one or other of the Fillmore concerts over the years, and they are seriously flawed recordings of spectacular performances. One version of "Relax" speeds up to about 1000X normal (like pushing the FF button on a cassette recorder) during the instrumental interlude, I presume because the bootlegger wanted to "fit" the whole song on one side of an LP and didn't care how it sounded.
If this is an official release, and has been truly speed corrected and cleaned up, it is a must-have for Who fans.
