Heavy Horses 40th Anniversary edition came out about 6 years ago, so this is presumably a reissue?

They've done them all in smaller matching fat DVD set shaped boxes. They look pretty handsome.

Phil Aston of Now Spinning Magazine on YouTube has posted a video stating that Stand Up, Passion Play and War Child are being re-pressed.
He doesn't mention Heavy Horses but - grab 'em now 'cos forty quid is better than £300.

The Sandy Denny home recordings as a 2CD book package, on Earth Records in September.

A limited 2LP on Record Store Day last year then- oops a general release later.

I suppose the CD version is for people who want the format.

Thanks for the tip-off about the Tull box sets.
I slept on these when they first came out so very pleased to get at a realistic price.
Will be interesting to see how this effects selling price for the first press boxes on the marketplace.

It's already happened with the earlier reissues...it's decimated them.  Although, strangely, some persist in asking the 'old' prices, they'll never sell them at that.

Cleopatra Records and Easy Action  have the rights  to a very large  chunk of Melanie Safka's  back catalogue  and it's appearing  great speed.

I'm not overly excited as they will probably be from Universal, and be no better than average. However it's an opportunity for me to buy Angel Delight, which I don't have on vinyl , and which is a sterling  early Fairport record.

I notice Genesis's back catalogue was reissued (Again). I don't see much shortage of their stuff in second hand shops.
