hi, just finished listening to the 3 cd set of the above. Johnny keeps referring to the book...
does anyone know if this ever appeared ? cant find any record of it even via google
or did it go the way of the promised john c Falstaff book listing all fairport gigs (presumably only up to 79)

 O0I'm not sure it materialised as he was hospitalised and died before the recordings could be transcribed. In fact, Jonah couldn't write it down, so his story was recorded for transcription. The project was cancelled after his untimely death
