Roger Daltrey definitely would be a WOW for me. Having seen The Who a number of times, he is an absolute showman

Saw him do a solo show a few years back at the Wolves Civic, it didn't even sell out  Undecided  It was great though, very relaxed and laid back kind of gig.

I told you who one of the bands is, about a month ago - Del Amitri.

Would that count as a WOW?

Surely not.

Aswad were on my list under the other Remaining Turns thread along with The Stranglers, Nanci Griffith, Mary Chapin Carpenter (who I’m now seeing at the Barbican Hall in May) and Van Morrison  Smiley

If I remember right, the one date in Warwick was cancelled due to poor ticket sales. He did have Simon Townshend on guitar though.

WOW ? Kate !! Kate !!!! What's all this about a restraining order?....Kaaaaaaaate !!!!!!!!!!!

Not a chance...she would have no control over people filming it on their phones. You know how protective she is.

I know there's not a chance...for more than just phone filming reasons. I'd be very happy with Del Amitri, though I doubt they would be the WOW act.

Only Plant from that list would be a possibility.  Dweezil too, economically, but far far too divisive musically.  Everybody else, not a chance...

Yes he does need Pete, but Pete needs Roger every bit as much.
