Cats. One year I saw three people, all with cats on leads. Although it was pointed out to me that what I actually saw was one person and one cat, three times, and I can't rule that out. But even so............

I'm fairly certain I saw a goat once, too. Also on a lead.

(I was going to say 'No kidding' but decided against it)

You did. I remember it too, no ifs or butts Grin

I seem to remember it was being led by a man in a nightdress using a banana as a phone. (Or was that just a product of my imbibing strange concoctions at the toast?)

Bananaphone man was a real thing, for sure. I didn't see the goat though.

I think your brain has combined two separate incidents here. I have seen both, but not at the same time.  Grin

Laser pens. Saw some idiot using one to illuminate the musicians at a recent festival. Forcefully told him to put it away.

Huge tarps.

Agreed!

Especially if you also bring about ten chairs to put round them...only three of which ever appear to be used.

BTW, you're in charge of the Talkawhile 10k this year... assuming you're going!  Wink

I'll not be in attendance next month. Unless I have some kind of a windfall!
