Get the tents out for a quick check to see if holes or moth bitten bits. Those with poles to thread through, get them out now and polish with Mr Sheen and give a good polish to make smooth entrance into Sam's. It does work. Check tent pegs in case some were bent last year. However most neighbours have spares. If you see anyone struggling to get their tent up, give them a hand..  could be us very soon. Take care and watch out for each other more so now!!

If you have an inflatable air bed check that as well.

And if you have a new car with fitted roof rails make sure that your 17 year old roof bars fit the rails even if it is the same make. And then check that the roof box fittings fit the new roof bars you have had to buy.  Wink

Take two of everything you can - including tent. I've amassed spares of most things oved the years. Electricp ump, footpump, airbed, sleeping bag, poncho, tent light, phone, specs, powerbank Its just not worth contemplating having fo wreck the experience by running into Banbury to replace  something youve lost, broken or forgotten.

The only one i haven't cracked is a spare head and body...

First time at Cropredy I thought we had done really well getting prepared until Friday morning - no regulator for the gas bottle!

Did get a nice breakfast in Banbury though.

Bernie - another thing to remember is the sequence in which to do things.

Put the tent up BEFORE you drink the bottle of vodka - you have previous !

Thanks for the reminder  Roll Eyes  Forgetting my sleeping bag one year at Croppers is why I started making a list and ticking everything off.

Insect repellent - arrived yesterday seem to be more wasps than usual.  Or sit with a cider drinker they seem to prefer that to beer
