We've got tickets for TGLE, but as we live in Chester we can do that on a day by day basis...  BSP played there a couple of years ago!

They had an album or an EP with the same name - again no idea why

As the lineup has developed, we're in.  Just got tickets.  Might have to sacrifice the Good Life Experience to do it, but still.  BSP, Rozi Plain, Pictish Trail, Hannah & Ben, Alison Cotton etc etc etc.  Oh and Birds of Prey and a little railway.  And limited to 500 people.  With the bands on under cover.  Win, win, win... Just back from the third iteration (no 2020, 2021) of this lovely little festival at Muncaster Castle.  I'm not in top health so was only visiting but was there most of the day Sat and about two thirds of Sun...other half had an Airbnb nearby and did the whole shebang.

It's top notch and tbh just about as big as I wanna go these days (1000 max).

Highlights for me included (no Sea Power for me, although Sue told me both their sets were, of course, tip top):

Hector Gannet
Alison Cotton
Lost Map presents Weird Wave (Pictish Trail ensemble)
Rozi Plain
Jeffrey Lewis
Haress
Personal Trainer

The last two were entirely new to me and both blew me away in very different ways.
