Fingers crossed: Fairport doing Rising for the moon 50th anniversary tribute

Counting Crows.......Please

Always loved the records . Went to see them live at an arena gig with much excitement. The stage was set for a full show with loads of equipment., they walked on and decided they were going to play acoustic!! The singer sat on the edge of the stage for the most part showing off . it wasnt even a decent acoustic gig, left before the end pretty disgusted. Never again.

Funny how music is so subjective.....Its not the real thing but it is done with love and respect, thats why I think they would be so good at Croppers. They clearly understand the history

After last night, a perhaps forlorn plea for the Longest Johns and Bellowhead.

Energetic as always and great fun.

I've just been informed that The Pogues are touring with Spider, Stacey, Jem Finer and Jimmy Fearnley plus other people!
Would Peggy relent and ask them to grace the Cropredy stage?

I never got the appeal. Bought the first album cos of all the hype, and I tried but it did absolutely nothing for me.
