Currently enjoying the audiobook of Adrian Edmondson's autobiography "Berserker", which is fantastic and provides a lot of illuminating detail about many of his projects.
Just got to the bit about the Bad Shepherds, and hoped he'd shed light on the reasons why Maart left the way he did, pointedly refusing to acknowledge Adrian in his public announcement of his departure.
As it transpires, he doesn't name any band members other than Andy Dinan and Troy Donockley, and he basically says "there were various other members too". What he *does* say, which made me laugh, was that one of their bass players joined saying "I'll stay until you find out I'm a c**t", which took three years
