That strikes me as a somewhat hysterical interpretation of the new law (which is actually aimed in an entirely different direction as everybody knows).  But then, like most of these laws (Dangerous Dogs et al), it'll be appallingly worded, and as a result, utterly dysfunctional.  So, I guess it's worth keeping one's eyes open.  But, really, there's nowt here to bother anybody is there...?
